Returns & Refunds

  • To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@minikittens.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • If your package is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Shipping Costs

Returns Shipping:

1. Order Changes or Cancellations:
